Slewing cranes and crane systems at a glance

Since entering the market of small cranes a few years ago, the specialist for vacuum handling technology, J. Schmalz GmbH, 72293 Glatten, Germany, has advanced to a complete supplier for ergonomic material flow solutions. The continuous success has also led to the expansion of the product range to include compact slewing cranes and crane systems with aluminium crane rails, which provide easy to move alternatives to the steel versions. A new brochure now presents the complete slewing crane and crane system product range in text and illustrations. The 12-page brochure provides quick and detailed information on various crane versions, designs, special versions and accessories.

The individual chapters provide an overview of the aluminium crane systems SRA; easy to move slewing cranes with aluminium crane rails as column-mounted and wall-mounted slewing crane version (maximum load of each of 650 kg); slewing cranes with steel crane rails as column-mounted and wall-mounted slewing crane version suitable for higher working load ranges and the steel crane systems SRS; the chain hoists KZG for the completion of the small crane systems and finally slewing cranes with aluminium and steel crane rails designed especially for holding vacuum tube lifters. In addition, the brochure provides information on slewing cranes suitable for use in zones with a risk of explosion as well as on special cranes configured at the request of the customer.
