Flexible Handling of Layers of Wood with Large-Area Gripping System FX

Several layers of individual wooden boards can be handled quickly and variably with a large-area gripping system of the type FX400x120, although there are sometimes cracks, knot-holes, etc. on the gripping surface.

The integrated check valves, which close to prevent leaks, ensure that the large-area gripping sytem FX can develop the maximum possible holding force on the small surface area available for gripping.

The integrated solenoid valves which control the gripping and blow-off functions permit very short cycle times. The flexible, hard-wearing suction mat provides the necessary sealing, even on rough surfaces.
