Safe Handling of Facing Panels with the Large-Area Vacuum Gripping System FX

The available gripping surface is restricted by the geometry of the workpieces and the many openings, on the facing panels to be lifted. At the same time, the position of the area which can be gripped is not precisely defined.

With their check valves, which close fully when not in use, the FX large-area vacuum gripping system guarantees the maximum possible holding force on the available surface area. In this case, for reasons of stability and because of the very short cycle times, two large-area vacuum gripping system of the type FX 400x120 SV with integrated valves for gripping and blowing off are used.
