The application describes the safe handling of solar glass and solar modules. The partly at the back side curved solar glass modules are fixed by using the vacuum technology for further processing stages such as framing and film cutting.

Therefor a vacuum suction spider SSP has been connected with a robot system. Equipped with PFYN VU1 vacuum pads, FSTE-HD spring plungers and SMPI compact ejectors the vacuum suction spider cares for a safe, precise handling of the solar modules.
