The JumboSprint Vacuum Tube Lifter Ensures Safe and Fast Lifting of Plastic Bags

The PolyOne Th. Bergmann company, located in Gaggenau, Germany is one of the worldwide leading producers of technical thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. The company is part of the internationally active PolyOne Group.

A modern filling system is used in their production to fill plastic sacks with granules. Palletizing the individual sacks used to be done by one employee. The large quantity of 240 sacks per shift, each of which weigh 25 kg, was a strain on the employees.

The vacuum tube lifter JumboSprint 35 simplified to accomplish this task. The employees were greatly relieved and happy to be able to use the ergonomic tube lifter. In addition to being relieved, the employees motivation and performance increased significantly since they started using the tube lifter. The vacuum tube lifter JumboSprint is equipped with a sack gripper, which has special suction plates that enable you to lift the sacks. The tube lifter is attached to a Schmalz wall-mounted slewing crane WK, which is designed to handle loads of up to 65 kg, and rounds off this complete solution perfectly.
