The Müller carpentry workshop is located in Bad Rippoldsau near Freudenstadt, Germany. This carpentry workshop produces custom cabinets for use in kitchens, office furniture, and bedrooms.

During production, wooden boards are cut to the dimensions required by the next process step. Coated and uncoated boards must be removed from both upright storage and stacks of wood and then placed onto an upright saw. Since the boards measure 4 m x 2 m and weigh as much as 200 kg, this work previously required an enormous amount of physical effort. In order to make the work easier, the company decided to purchase a lifting aid.

The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster HHVM is suited for removing wooden boards from upright storage and then loading them onto upright wood saws. The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster HHVM allows for both horizontal and vertical positioning of the wooden boards. The vacuum lifting device can be turned 90° to the left or right and locked in place. This vacuum lifting device can be operated by one person alone and is suited for carrying maximum loads of 200 kg. It fulfills the company's requirements.
