The Vacuum Tube Lifter JumboErgo Uses a Multiple Suction Pad to Handle Unstable Cardboard Boxes

The Schwarzwälder Textilwerke (STW) company is a family business in its third generation. The company is located in Schenkenzell, Germany, where they have manufactured fibrous fillers and short-cut fibers for over 50 years. The produced fibrous materials are mainly used for reinforcing and thixotropicizing technical products, such as plastics, plasters, adhesives, spackling compounds, bitumen products, and for some applications in the automobile industry.
After the fibrous materials are produced, they are packaged in cardboard boxes. Due to limited space, the unwieldy cardboard boxes are stacked on top of each other. The challenge they faced was to find a lifting aid that could lift the unwieldy (and somehow unstable) cardboard boxes, which would also enable them to ergonomically lift the cardboard boxes at certain heights.

The vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo 45 provided them with the ideal solution for lifting the cardboard boxes. The JumboErgo is equipped with a multiple suction pad and makes it easy to lift the unwieldy and somehow unstable cardboard boxes, which in this case were telescope boxes.
