- Handling of Square Advertising Pylons with the vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Box
The Dambach company, headquartered in Gaggenau, Germany is active in the areas of corporate design, three-dimensional implementation of a company's market presence in the public sphere as well as traffic engineering. Dambach has been a successful and globally active company since 1925.
The production of varying shapes and sizes of square advertising pylons is usually a complex process, which requires processes such as rotating the workpiece. The advertising pylons, made from aluminum or sheet metal, consist of several individual pieces which are assembled into a square. The subsequent process of mounting the back wall used to be very tedious, requiring at least two to four employees to turn the square pylon by 180°. This is the only way that the back wall can be equipped with the necessary electronics.
The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Box device was purchased to make the job easier and to reduce personnel costs. This device is suited for the continuous rotation of aluminum or, in this case, turning square advertising pylons. With measurements of 2,500 x 2,500 mm, now only two employees are required. The gripper arms of the lifting unit are easily and infinitely adjustable and can turn and rotate the 120 kg pylon effortlessly and continuously. Now that the Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Box is being used, employee absences due to injury are a thing of a past, to the extreme satisfaction of both the employees and the company.
