Parallel to the purchase of a CNC machining center, in which sheet metal parts can be cut using laser technology, the logistical transport also needed to be organized. The customer required a lifting device that was easy to operate and that ensured the necessary speed.

The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Comfort device proved to be the optimum solution. In this case, the device is designed for loads weighing up to 500 kg and for medium-sized metal sheets with thicknesses of 0.8 to 25 mm. The lifting device has six suction plates that can be adapted to the specific size of each workpiece. The suction grippers are made from state-of-the-art engineering plastic. This allows the crossbeam and the suction pads to be moved easily, without scratching the sheet metal. With the Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Comfort, the work can be performed safely and ergonomically. Operation requires only one person, who can control the lifting device ergonomically by the push of a button.
