Particular Industry Requirements are:
- Lifting wafers and, if necessary, rounded cells on and off of conveyor belts without causing conchoidal fractures or abrasion
- Unstacking (with separation) of c-Si raw wafers with a width of < 180 ìm without causing damage to the microstructure or leaving a chemical residue
- Drying wafers with highly structured surfaces by mechanical stripping
- Handling wafers and cells with the shortest possible cycle times with a line output of 3,600 pieces per second
- Unstacking, inspection and positioning
- Handling and fixing the busbar and removing it from rollers during the stringer soldering process and automatic string cross-tie soldering
- Lifting complete strings or matrices with an even alignment for inspection and/or precise lifting into the EVA film bed.
- Handling and fixing solar glass and solar modules on the “sunny” side when moving or positioning
- Handling and fixing solar models during processing stages such as film cutting and framing
