The Flat suction pad PFY7 is specially made for sensitive workpieces with a smooth surface. Particularly it is suitable for workpieces which are made of silicon and polyurethan. It is often used for the safe and easy handling of CDs and DVDs. Using four vacuum pads increases the suction power.

CD Handling with Bellows Suction Pad FGA PVC (1,5 folds)

For handling of CD/DVD with suction hub, the bellows suction pad FGA with 1,5 folds made of PVC is the optimal suction pad. Through its folds it ensures an optimal damping effect when touching down on the CD, and so ensures gentle handling. The large effectiv diameter provides high suction power and thus enables high acceleration and short cycle times. Since discs can be handled only on the blank inside edge, the outer diameter of the suction pad is voted on the inside edge of the blank CD.
