- Problem-free handling of cans with large-area vacuum grippers
Until now, objects such as cans with raised edges or pull tabs
caused considerable problems in applications requiring the
automatic handling of complete layers.
These problems are now a thing of the past!
Our new "combi-foam" permits safe gripping and transport of
these previously critical objects.

bellows suction pads made of the very robust material PVC.
They offer a long service lifetime at an attractive price.

The elimination of tooling errors and leaks by means of the
Schmalz "Condition Monitoring" functions ensures previously
unthinkable process reliability.
A large German-American automobile manufacturer was so impressed

- VacuCalculator: easy calculation of systems and parameters
The VacuCalculator is a small software program from Schmalz,
available free of charge, with which all necessary calculations
for the design of vacuum systems can be carried out.
It also has a function for conversion between the many different
units of measurement used for the various system parameters.
The program is available in German, English, French, Italian,
Spanish and Dutch.
