Schmalz's vacuum handling devices make your processes more efficient and more ergonomic. Our line of products ranges from the lifting devices vacuum tube lifters Jumbo and vacuum lifting devices VacuMaster, to cranes and crane systems, and up to operating equipment.

Our handling systems are compliant to the machinery directive CE and all valid laws of the European Union. All our devices are marked with the CE lable, are individually tested before shipment and are delivered with a declaration of conformity, the operating and maintenance instructions

Vacuum Tube Lifters Jumbo

The vacuum tube lifters Jumbo is appropriate for light- and medium-weight workpieces. It lifts the workpiece by exclusively using vacuum as a medium.

A control unit with the appropriate suction pads is attached to the vacuum lifting tube. The tube is evacuated and aspires the workpiece in. At the same time, the tube is contracted and lifts the workpiece.

The various load classes permit selection of the best vacuum tube lifters Jumbo for handling the desired workpiece.


Vacuum Lifting Devices VacuMaster

VacuMaster vacuum lifting devices are the ideal working materials for handling metal sheets, glass panes, wood and concrete sheets, etc., with a weight of up to 2,000 kg. The retention process is implemented with the vacuum lifting devices VacuMaster device. Secure lifting and moving of the load occurs with a crane.

Cranes and Crane Systems

Schmalz's slewing cranes and crane systems, because of their efficiency, maximize the internal flow of materials and at the same time meet the demands of ever-increasing requirements in the intralogistics area. Different operating ranges, load classes and crane rails made from aluminium or steel permit the use in variegated applications. The cranes in standard version are designed for indoor use.

Wall Rack

If parts must be deposited at a particular location while being gentle on the workpieces, wall rack is used. Long lifetime and many shipped storage units reflect robustness and the high standards of quality.
